Refund Policy

Winnipeg South Minor Baseball Association (WSMBA) acknowledges that there are situations where a refund of registration fees is appropriate. However, we need to ensure WSMBA does not incur a financial loss as a result of any fees that we have already paid on behalf of that player. We also need to respect the time invested by our volunteers in managing our registrations, and in creating teams/program that included that player. In order to provide a fair balance between individual choice and the interests of WSMBA, we have established the following refund policy:

1) If a refund is requested before January 1st, 2020, we will refund the registration fee in full minus a $25 processing charge.

2) After January 1st, 2020 partial refunds will be considered only for exceptional circumstances like a season-ending injury.

3) If a player is dismissed from a team/program for the rest of the baseball season/program for extremely inappropriate behaviour, no refund will be given.
