Waiver

I understand that my child is participating in this event of his/her own volition. I hereby acknowledge the health of my child to be ready for vigorous activity at this clinic and authorize directors to secure any medical treatment necessary. I am aware of the dangers involved in his/her attendance and participation, and I agree to accept any and all risks of damage or injury. Consequently, I further agree not to bring any claims against Baseball Manitoba, Winnipeg South Minor Baseball Association Inc. and their respective directors, coaches, instructors and other persons connected with this event, or any other participating party as a result of any and all injuries which my child may sustain during this event. Baseball Manitoba and Winnipeg South Minor Baseball Association reserve the right to use any picture taken during the camp for instructional purposes, advertising or posting on the website or social media platforms.
